APPLICATION PROCEDURE

If, after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been rejected, if the person does not agree with the decision taken, or if the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5, the interested party may file a claim. A claim may also be filed if a period of twenty working days has passed without receiving a response.
The claim may be submitted through the General Form available at the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as through the other channels provided for in Law 39/2015 of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.  Claims will be received and handled by the Sub-Directorate General for Service Inspection of the Ministry.
